WAKING UP AT BRAHMA MUHURTA AND ITS BENEFITS

Do you wake up feeling heavy and lazy all day?

Waking up post-sunrise creates a lot of metabolic disorders in our body leading to a lack of enthusiasm in our day-to-day activities.

The best time for waking up is between 4 am to 4:48 am. This is called Brahma muhurta. So ideally waking up before the sun rises should give a good boost to your metabolism. I know most of you find it difficult and we can't achieve this right tomorrow. But we can start with waking up 30 minutes before your current wake-up time and gradually progress.

Benefits of waking up at Brahma Muhurta:

On Brahma Muhurta, there is a secretion of the Melatonin hormone which is a mood stabilizer. Boost Immune System. Increased energy levels. Balance blood PH. Better mind and body connection. Better Health. For me, it's my BEST ME TIME.

Routines to be followed before Sunrise: Drinking water on an empty stomach help induces bowel movements. Teeth and tongue cleaning. Oil pulling. Meditation for mental clarity. Yoga or exercise.
