You cannot instruct your body where to lose fat. So let's discuss stubborn fat in this article. The way our bodies store or lose fat is different for every person. Some people store fat on the belly, some thighs, and hips and with me, it's my arms. Stubborn fat is the first to come and the last to lose.


So with any workout, it's always an overall body fat loss and you cannot burn fat from specific body parts. So burning stubborn fat is the same as losing any other fats from our body and can be achieved by


1. Creating a deficit in calorie 2. Strength training 3. Making wiser choices of food without compromising any nutrient group 4. Keeping patience


Where we burn fat, completely depends on your gender, body composition, genes, your hormones, and other thousands of factors.


No matter what you do every step counts. Instead of adapting to shortcuts and useless fat loss pills or shakes focus more on creating a plan that you can stick to lifelong.
