So what's in an egg?

Eggs are a super-rich source of protein combined together with a good amount of vitamins and minerals.

When I suggest eggs to my clients, most of them are confused when I ask them to eat whole eggs while on their weight loss journey. Eggs are often overlooked as they are high in cholesterol. The fact being yolk has high dietary cholesterol and that doesn't raise the cholesterol level in the body so it's absolutely safe consuming a few eggs per day.

Egg yolks help in reducing the LDL. Whole eggs are a very good source of protein along with fats and essential amino acids. It's rich in iron, phosphorus, and vitamins B12, B2, and B5. Cholesterol is increased in the body due to transfat and excess sugar intake. So do include eggs as a part of your healthy meal and enjoy its benefits.
