Reasons For Overnight Weight Gain?

How do you evaluate your weight loss? Anytime I have a discussion with my client or with anyone willing to reduce fat they would approach with a goal of weight loss. I know many of us do preach to stop looking at weighing machines to check progress but I feel it is a very important psychological factor we got to deal with even after educating the clients they would still get demotivated looking at the scale.

In fact, the majority of my clients check their weight at least a few times per week if not daily. While I do take into account measurements, inch loss, fit of clothes, how they feel, energy levels, and weight is still useful data.

Even after educating the client weight still can really mess with your head. Especially when you know you did all the right things to make the number drop and the scale on the weighing scale don't seem to drop. Please note that there are a lot of factors that contribute to your weight loss journey and these variables can make you feel you are off track or gaining weight while actually, you are on track.

Rarely our weight will remain static, sometimes it may drop, sometimes there could be an increase and there are days when it would stay the same for several days.

It's completely normal, and the faster you shift your mindset and learn to accept the truth, the easier it would get onto you. As stress also leads to weight gain. So next time you hop onto the weighing scale and find yourself feeling demotivated run through this list and see what applies, I'm sure it will lessen some burden and keep you motivated to be on track.

But one thing I can promise, you don't gain weight overnight it's just impossible.
