Points I Consider While Making My Diet

How often do we compare our fitness journey with our past experience?

When I go back and think about how it all started, trust me, I would never want to walk that path again. One failure to uncountable failures. There must not have been any diet on the internet, I must have not followed and what happened at the end, every year for the past 8 years my New year began with weight resolutions until one day I decided "No more - Fad diets"

Have you ever regretted your past diet mistakes?

Have you ever been scared of starting all over again?

There is no guarantee that this time you wouldn't make mistakes but what matters is rectifying those mistakes, learning from them, and making sure you don't repeat them.

These are some points I make sure I consider while I am planning my diet:

1. I include every nutrient group which includes carbs, proteins, and fats into my diet.

2. I fill myself with fruits and veggies which keeps me fuller for a longer time.

3. I include protein in every meal which in turn keeps me full for a longer time and helps me with my recovery post-workout.

4. I Never ever let my bad day ruin my week.

5. Moderation is the key when I eat calorie-dense foods as I know it will simply fill up my calories without filling my stomach or adding any nutritional value.

So don't be scared to make mistakes as long as it ends with a learning curve. Never give up on yourself instead, challenge yourself and come out even stronger.
