One thing that is most common among every person trying to lose weight is PATIENCE.

Drop 10 kgs in 1 month. How many times have we fallen prey to such a program when we know in the end this is all crap. You haven't gained this weight in a month to lose it in a month isn't healthy or realistic.

Here is the brutal truth. Losing weight takes time, and there ain't no changing that fact.

Knowing that you can fall under any of these situations:

1. Getting Hot and fussy that it is going to take time and nerve start at all

2. Become impatient and go on extreme fad diets which would hardly last a week or two

3. Become patient and accept the reality that it will take time and put in consistent efforts and focus on making sustainable progress.

The choice is completely yours. Lifestyle change is all it takes to get lasting results and ultimately succeed in the long run.
