Women today are known for their multitasking abilities. "Superwomen" is what we are termed as. From managing home, family, and work, and then ourselves being the last priority, we manage everything exceptionally and accept ourselves. Our house seems to be clean, the kids are at their peak performance, work commitments are always fulfilled, and family commitments that have the highest priority. By the time all this is taken care there is hardly any time left for self-care or self-love. Statistics show that Indian women are the most stressed women in the world.

So what do you think, who is responsible for this situation? Making our self as a priority can only be OUR decision and can never be someone else’s. So it's our decision to choose whether to be a part of the stressed women's circle or to stand out to inspire and help other women get out of this stress circle. Make yourself your highest priority. When a lady of the house is fit, healthy, and happy the whole family is fit, healthy, and happy.


We stretch ourselves with various responsibilities we cater to but the biggest question is "Have you stretched enough for yourself first".


1. Stretch your mindset from being the last priority to making yourself the first priority.

2. Stretch your time management to fit in an hour for yourself. Look into the mirror and appreciate what you are. Take care of your health, body, and mind.

3. Stretch your strength and excel and create an identity for yourself.
