Don't Give Up



NEVER GIVE UP BECAUSE GREAT THINGS TAKE TIME

Are you tired of starting over? Do you find yourself constantly thinking of starting maybe on a Monday, 15th, or the 1st of the month? Or let me try a new diet? Does a cheat in a meal cheat for the whole day?

You are not alone. I am there right with you that sometimes making the same mistakes. It's like we start with peak motivation and as you sink through a couple of weeks doing everything right, the nutrition and the workout are on track just to release you haven't made progress despite all efforts put in.

We instantly come to a conclusion it's not working, google about another diet, or magic trick, and trust me there is always a better option right there and you are super excited again to try something new without even considering if it's sustainable.

Instead, sit back and resonate with yourself and check if you are actually tracking everything the little snacking here and there, the bites, like so-called tastes of food trust me you will find the right answer. Don't decide to give up before giving it a fair shot. Forget the short-term failures and think of long-term commitments.

When you decide to lose weight just remember:

Weight loss takes time. It's easy to consume 1000 calories but very difficult to burn the same 1000 calories. So be patient.

You will make mistakes, cheat, miss workouts, take them as opportunities to learn, and hit back even harder.

Quitting will not make it any easier, so hold on and give it time, with the right efforts results are bound to follow.

As long as you don't quit there is nothing that can stop you from succeeding. I know it's discouraging but it's harder starting all over again.

Remember it's a journey as long as you keep moving you will surely reach your destination.
