Bring Wish To Reality




Last night I was just reading a fitness article and looking at that model, I just said to Rahul,

I WISH I HAD HER ABS!! I WISH I HAD A BODY LIKE HERS!!

How I wish all wishes came true without putting in any effort...while I was just stuck in that thought, I decided how about taking a step further, instead of just wishing and being stuck, why not take a step ahead to bring my wishes to reality? We all want something we don't have. Time to appreciate our body and understand the potential it holds within.

1. It's really important, to begin with accepting and appreciating your current self. Love what you are at the moment and aim to take yourself to a further level of fitness. That's where the right positive motivation comes from.

2. Mahatria says,

Set goals big enough, that make you wonder, ' I don't know how?; Let your beliefs be strong enough, that makes you say, 'I know I will!' Follow your instincts and walk your path.

3. Spend time with people who push you to achieve your goals and ignore the rest.

4. Seek help if needed and make every step count adding to your progress.

5. Appreciate and celebrate the smaller milestone and push yourself further to achieve the larger picture.

You should choose to compete, let's promise to compete against ourselves and not others and make this journey worth a memory by celebrating smaller milestones and impacting our lives in the longer run. Let's start by loving, accepting, and trusting ourselves.
