2- C Rules For Fitness Journey.

WANNA HELP YOUR FRIEND OR SPOUSE TO LOSE WEIGHT...FOLLOW THE 2-C RULE " STOP CRITICIZING AND START COMPLEMENTING"

Body shame is the biggest rivalry that embraces us while we are on the heavier side of life. The ugly comments coming from friends and family make it even worst.

Have you ever been in a situation where you are motivated to lose weight but your friend/partner doesn't seem to show any interest in it? There is nothing wrong in wanting them to change, but it can't be at the cost of force or criticism.

Weight loss is not easy but it's totally worth the effort. I remember when I walked through my fitness journey I started with the keto diet ( I have nothing against any diet) but I had many people judging my progress, my method, conclusion on my weight bounceback... Everything agreed but at least what mattered is I was putting efforts toward making myself fit. Experience in life teaches you a lot and you keep modifying your lifestyle based on those learnings.

Trust me nobody wants to know what they are doing WRONG. So instead of criticizing being overweight, about what they are doing wrong, try another way around. Appreciate the efforts they are putting in, tell them what they are doing RIGHT and see the difference in their motivation.

The person who is doing better would want to excel further and the person who is hesitant to start in the first place would like to take it up looking at your consistent progress.

Walk that walk to show the right way.

So let's follow this 2-C rule and help make our family and loved ones to make healthier choices and in turn embrace a beautiful fitter lifestyle. Let's Compliment the right than criticize what they are doing wrong.
