10k Steps Without Leaving Home



Some tips to include 10000 steps without leaving your home:

1. Divide your day with steps goals and, work on them throughout the day. Keep the major chunk in morning indoor walks (a lot of videos available on youtube) and the rest divide through the day. Achieve it in a timely internal to be at ease at the end of the day.

2. Walk around when you are on phone calls so that you utilize the time in increasing step count throughout the day.

3. Divide it into smaller goals 1000 steps every hour.

4. Take stairs instead of elevators.

5. If you are watching television walk during every commercial.

6. If you are someone at a desk job set an alarm for every hour and just walk for 10 min it will also help you loosen up those stiff back muscles.

7. Drink a lot of water so that you would have to get up and go for washroom breaks.

8. Play music and dance it out.

9. Take a post-meal walk.

10. Get on the treadmill for an intense workout.
