I teach clients how to achieve and maintain a healthy weight, motivate clients throughout the weight loss process, and educate clients about the challenges and benefits of healthy, long-term weight loss. I always tell my clients "if there was 1 right way to eat for health and happiness - we'd all be doing it".
The truth is - diets don't work and there is no such thing as the "perfect diet". In fact, 90% of diets fail and the majority of individuals regain the weight in the first 5 years. So, I provide evidence-based information, as well as continual support, to help each of my clients meet their personal goals! And the weight loss is sustainable and easy to maintain.
